Problem: My system won’t stop running.

• Solution 1: Turn off your controller first. There may be a button that says OFF; push that. Or, you may have a dial on your controller to shut your system off. Turn the dial to OFF.
• Solution 2: If shutting your controller off does not shut off your system, turn the water off at the vacuum breaker like in the picture. (Figure 1)
• Then call MARLO Company to come out and fix the problem.

 

Problem: How do I shut my water off?

• Solution: If you have a gate valve (Figure 2), turn it all the way to the right. Remember "righty-tighty, lefty-loosy." If you have a ball valve (Figure 2), just turn it to a 90 degree angle (Figure 3).
